We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global team. This role involves providing top-notch technical support to customers across the world, focusing on enterprise migrations and troubleshooting complex issues.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will help ensure seamless communication with customers, while your analytical skills will aid in identifying and resolving potential problems before they escalate. You will work collaboratively with other departments such as R&D, Sales, and Product Management to bring escalated issues to resolution.
Responsibilities include maintaining a personal queue of ongoing customer issues until resolution, documenting all case details on our tracking system, creating and publishing documentation in a KCS environment, developing and attending training for self-improvement, and initiating or participating in local and global projects.
----------------------------------- "> Requirements & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have prior technical support experience dealing with enterprise customers, knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, strong understanding of Windows operating systems and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP), and fluency in other European languages is an advantage. Familiarity with debugging tools like EWSEditor, SP Browser, and MFCMAPI is also preferred. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure/Virtual Server technology would be a bonus. Additionally, PowerShell scripting and Active Directory Management are valuable assets. Preferred competencies include knowledge of Active Directory Access Control and user management, as well as familiarity with messaging fundamentals including mail routing, connectors, interoperability with foreign systems.
