We are recruiting a Programmes Associate to join our client's dynamic Programmes Team.

Our client supports startups, scaleups, and corporate innovation with a comprehensive suite of world-class programmes that drive growth and success in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.


Role Overview

As a Programmes Associate, you will play a vital role in the delivery and development of our suite of programmes. You will work closely with the Senior Programme Manager and the Programmes Team to ensure operational excellence and deliver an exceptional programme experience for innovators, mentors, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Senior Programme Manager and the Programmes Team to ensure successful delivery and continuous development of our programmes.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, corporate clients, industry partners, and other relevant parties.
* Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and with the highest standards of quality.
* Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient information flow throughout the programme lifecycle.
* Monitor and evaluate programme impact, utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize programme performance.
* Facilitate collaboration and networking opportunities for project participants, creating an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and meaningful connections.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise.


Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in innovation-driven enterprises, startups, or scaleups.
* Strong ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey vision and concepts to a diverse audience.
* In-depth knowledge of the enterprise innovation, technology, and startup ecosystem.
* Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.
* Comfortable working with tools such as Asana, Airtable, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Zoom, and Loom.
