Job Role Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering initial technical assistance to customers using DrayTek networking products. Your key responsibilities include managing incoming support requests, providing foundational troubleshooting and configuration guidance, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
2. Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware and software functionality.
