Compensation
 * Base salary plus uncapped commission - your results define your income.
 * Year 1: Average total compensation €45K+, top performers earn much higher from the jump
 * Year 2: Average total compensation €66K+, and nothing stops those who dominate.
What We Look For
 * 1-3 years of proven success as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, or Team Leader in Luxury Retail.
 * Drive, ambition, and hunger to grow beyond your current ceiling.
 * Based in Dublin.
 * EU citizenship or Stamp 4 visa.
