to offer a 6 month work placement across our business. During the 6-month period, participants are supported to deliver impactful work on client and internal projects and gain experience within the Irish market. You will also partake in coaching to explore career growth areas and join our community to build a network.
This 6-month work placement programme will begin with Deloitte Ireland in Dublin from September 2025. Successful candidates will be paid for duration of the internship.

What you will be doing:
Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver finance transformation projects in one or more of the following areas: -
* Finance Performance Management and Analytics
* Designing and implementing reporting and analytics solutions across the finance function
* Developing strategies and plans for financial reporting and analytics solutions
* Leading end-user report and data visualisation development, from requirements gathering to design, build, test and deployment
* Finance Function Traditional and Generative AI implementations
* Providing quality advice to clients based on experience and leading industry practice
* Project management and business development
What we're looking for:
* Prior consulting experience in finance analytics or roles in large scale finance reporting transformation projects in industry is an advantage
* Qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA or other accounting qualification is preferred
* Certifications in data analytics / data science are an advantage
* Finance analytics design and implementation experience: Experience in SQL, Advanced Excel & Experience with a data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI, SAC, Looker Studio)
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical
* Ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables
* Initiative and a proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen
* A passion for data and continuous learning

Requirements:
* You must have the right to work in Ireland and currently be residing in Ireland to apply for this programme. International professionals that hold the right to work in Ireland under the following visas / permissions are eligible to apply: Stamp 4, Stamp 1, Labour Market Access permission, Temporary Protection permission
* Experience working in professional services, a corporate environment or a related field is desired.
