And we're counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too.The opportunityWe are looking for someone with a passion for operations and data management to join our Talent & Organisation Development Team to focus on the deployment of our Assurance technical learning curriculum across both the FS & UKI businesses.Your key responsibilities:Ownership of the execution of the compliance reporting process for both UKI and FS Assurance and ensuring CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicableSupport the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans including:Management of attendance, learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions, including coordinating training dates and nominations from different areas of the businessFirst point of contact for queries from the practice in relation to the courses assigned, in addition to ongoing management of learning mailboxes and referralsVenue booking, accommodation booking for residential courses and ongoing management and learning on-site support (as required)Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects. Advise on best practice, for example interactivity during virtual classroom sessions.Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the sourcing and management of facilitatorsOngoing ISQM management - providing timely execution & evidence of controls including obtaining and retaining all the required approvals, and providing the information requested to the SQM testing teamDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, along with the Assurance client group, to enable the successful deployment of learning.
