How You Will Create Impact
Support the development and delivery of innovative AI solutions, helping AIG become a leader in applying Generative AI to solve complex business challenges. Shape a newly formed team with resources to explore fresh approaches. Leverage data to drive smarter, more efficient, personalized solutions that set new industry standards.
Your Responsibilities Include
* Advocate for customer needs in defining digital solutions and product vision that drive business value
* Research user personas, pain points, and journeys; analyze data (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform product development
* Prioritize product features for future releases; maintain documentation (feature lists, user stories, roadmaps)
* Provide insights and drive quantitative and qualitative analysis on emerging tech trends to inform the roadmap
* Champion MVP approaches and focus on feasible, viable, desirable solutions
* Balance multiple priorities (business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, technical feasibility)
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver solutions
* Lead development of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives
* Communicate and monitor progress with regular KPI reporting
What Is Needed To Be Successful
* Experience launching data-driven digital products and articulating product vision aligned with strategic goals
* Experience conducting user research to validate goals, frictions, and behaviors; use data to inform prioritization
* Experience analyzing market trends and conducting competitor analysis; proficiency with analytics tools
* Experience supporting or leading sprint planning, developing epics and user stories, and managing product backlog
* Collaborative, with experience working with cross-functional product teams
* Experience with agile at scale development methodologies
* Strong time management in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
* Self-motivated with initiative and creative problem-solving
* Strong written and verbal communication to convey thought leadership and influence senior executives
Nice to Have
* Experience in financial services or insurance
* Interest in innovation and AI/GenAI technologies
