About The Role
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the spa and beauty industry and brings a strong vision, leadership skills, and a client-first mindset. Experience with Yonka and Image skincare brands is a plus, though full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the spa team, overseeing training, performance, payroll, and service excellence.
* Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through regular room checks and client interaction.
* Drive business growth through new marketing initiatives and partnerships.
* Collaborate closely with hotel departments to enhance the guest experience, especially for conference and group bookings.
* Foster strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
* Create and implement spa policies, goals, and annual marketing strategies.
* Conduct employee evaluations and participate in budgeting and forecasting.
* Monitor competitors to stay ahead in services, pricing, and customer engagement.
* Manage stock levels, review product lines, and implement systems to increase sales and profitability.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a spa environment, including at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
* Relevant industry qualifications.
* Hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist with deep knowledge of treatments.
* Experience with Image or Yonka skincare brands (preferred but not essential).
* Sales and aesthetic experience would be a strong advantage.
