Job Role
The HR & Training Manager at Conrad Dublin works closely with the HR Director to drive the HR strategy.
Key areas of focus include:
Deliver the Best In Class Onboarding experience for new Team Members
Support Heads of Department in achieving all Hilton mandated training and administering the Hilton University platform
Support Heads of Department in driving an outstanding performance culture through development and succession planning
Work with HR Director and HR Executive to maintain and elevate our outstanding culture
Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
A degree in HR or Hospitality Management
Experience in an upscale or five-star hotel; practical experience to partner operations
Authentic passion for hospitality and eagerness to make guests' stays perfect
Excellent communication and organisational skills
