Receptionist – School Environment (3-Month Contract)
Location: South Dublin
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: 3-month temporary contract
Rate: €18 per hour
Join a welcoming and professional school administration team in South Dublin as a Receptionist. This temporary, full-time role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a friendly, professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for staff, students, parents, and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a professional reception service, greeting and assisting visitors, parents, and students.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate attendance and visitor records.
* Support general school administration including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
* Assist with scheduling, room bookings, and communication with teaching staff.
* Ensure reception and office areas are tidy and well-organised at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role, ideally in an education or professional office setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
