The Opportunity As COO, you will work closely with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into execution, leading with purpose and agility, overseeing day-to-day operations and embedding scalable processes.
You will oversee technical delivery, IT & cybersecurity, customer service and HR, driving operational efficiency, business transformation and risk management.

What Youll Do Lead the execution of strategy into operational plans with measurable outcomes, ensuring synergy in all aspects of business operations.
Oversee the delivery of smart, scalable solutions and services, ensuring operational scalability as the customer base grows internationally.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure strategic goals are delivered and KPIs are met, ensuring agility in approach and collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Represent operations at board level, providing performance updates, strategic insights and data sets to inform strategic business and investment decisions.
Foster alignment and collaboration between technical, product, customer, HR, finance and business operation teams to ensure synergy in services for new and embedded customers and partners.
Enhance key operational and governance processes to ensure the business is continuously focused on achieving and exceeding KPIs in relation to customer delivery, sales, profitability and staff development and retention.
Implement and monitor KPIs across departments to drive operational and commercial performance and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience to include P& L responsibility, ideally in a scale-up or technology-driven environment Experience of shaping strategic plans to achieve business growth and commercial success.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering measurable results.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams to drive business performance and commercial success.
Familiarity with data analytics and process automation (and AI ideally) to drive operational efficiency.
Understanding of energy industry trends, renewable energy markets and energy trading would be highly desirable but not essential.
