We are currently seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work with our Sales team at our head offices in Grannagh, Co. Waterford.

Job Title: Administration Assistant | Sales office
Location: Grannagh, Co. Waterford
Contract Type: Full time, permanent (Part time 4-day week will be considered)
Responsibilities
* Diary management for European Commercial Director and his team.
* Receive, screen and prioritise incoming mail/calls.
* Administration support to RSM Team including travel arrangements, co-ordinating customer visits.
* Compiling statistical information – site machinery stock lists, market surveys.
* General accounting - raising POs, checking invoices, expenses etc.
* Departmental filing and archiving.
* Holiday cover for Reception / other PAs.
* Remaining flexible to the needs of the Group.
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
* Experience in calendar management and travel bookings.
* Be professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage a busy workload.
