Civil Project Manager Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a skilled Civil Project Manager to oversee construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management.
1. Lead the development of project plans and schedules, ensuring successful project execution.
2. Manage and coordinate construction activities on-site, focusing on efficiency, safety, and adherence to established standards.
3. Identify critical path delays and negotiate extensions of time with clients as needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Line managing Site Agents, Project Engineers, and QS personnel.
* Reviewing and approving monthly progress claims.
* Carrying out regular health and safety audits.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or construction projects.
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
* Full driver's license and background in civil engineering.
Benefits:
* Salary €75K-€80K depending on experience.
* Annual Leave 21 days.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
