Job Description


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work under the Senior Quantity Surveyor on contractual matters at general and project level. This will involve timely drafting of commercial/contractual correspondence, support with project correspondence, and preparation of monthly valuations, cost reports, variations, and final reports.




Responsibilities



* Preparation and management of financial statements for construction projects;

* Drafting of contracts and agreements related to building development;
* Maintenance of accurate records regarding progress made in various phases;
* Data analysis using various tools;
