As Finance Director, you will be a core member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping financial strategy and driving business performance. Partnering closely with the CEO and functional leaders across the business, you’ll play a central role in enabling commercial success, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring long-term value creation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Lead and evolve the Finance function across the group, aligning day-to-day operations with long-term strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with the CEO and Board to provide insightful financial leadership, delivering high-quality analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
* Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis, ensuring robust budgeting, forecasting, and modelling processes that underpin growth and agility.
* Develop and empower a high-performing finance team, nurturing a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Uphold strong Governance & Risk Management practices, ensuring compliance, control, and transparency at every level.
* Contribute to Commercial Decision-Making by working cross-functionally with production, sales, and commercial teams to assess business cases and optimise outcomes.
* Represent the company with key external stakeholders — including shareholders, financial institutions, and professional advisors — as a trusted financial voice of the business.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* An experienced finance executive with a background in scaling or transforming ambitious, growth-oriented businesses.
* A confident communicator and strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and credibility at Board level.
* A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with a proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and influence performance.
