Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to join our team as a store manager for a fashion and footwear brand. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of 4-5 staff members to achieve high standards of performance, morale, and service delivery. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training staff, managing schedules, and conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales and profitability by delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for overseeing merchandising and visual standards, monitoring inventory levels, and managing stock replenishment and ordering processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 4-5 staff members to achieve high standards of performance, morale, and service delivery.
* Recruit, onboard, and train staff, while managing schedules and conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions.
* Drive sales and profitability by delivering on KPIs.
* Oversee merchandising and visual standards, monitor inventory levels, and manage stock replenishment and ordering processes.
* Handle daily operational tasks, including cash handling, opening/closing protocols, and ensuring adherence to security and health & safety procedures.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and issues, cultivating long-term customer relationships, and upholding a service-first culture.
Key Requirements & Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years+ experience in fashion or a related retail environment.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* A proven track record in driving sales and service across a customer-oriented retail store.
