We are seeking a driven and ambitious graduate engineer, or soon-to-be graduate, with a passion for energy to join our Ireland-based consultancy. You will join our graduate cohort in 2026 and contribute to projects across water, wastewater, energy and environmental management. You will work with a supportive and collaborative team and have opportunities to gain hands-on experience from planning and design through on-site implementation.At Stantec, we value potential. Responsibilities
Deliver solutions for clients across water, wastewater, energy and environmental management projects.
Work across planning, design and on-site implementation phases.
Collaborate with experienced professionals who mentor and guide you.
Qualifications
Third level degree qualification (level 7 or higher in the National Framework of Qualifications) in Engineering, ideally specialising in Energy, Civil, Electrical or related field.
Adaptability to remain calm in changing situations and ability to switch between diverse tasks.
Perseverance to stay composed and approach challenges with determination.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
Driver’s licence is advantageous as some site visits may be required.
