You will be rewarded for your hard work with excellent earning potential.Roles and ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:Source top-tier talent across the hospitality industryUse a range of sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.Strategic Workforce Planning:Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs.Develop proactive recruitment strategies to address client needs and market demands.Recruitment Process Management:Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide feedback to candidates and assist in offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.Ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience for clients and candidates.Industry Expertise & Market Insights:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, skills gaps, and market competition.Provide clients with valuable advice on workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and talent retention.Team LeadershipMentor and guide junior consultants and team members as the team develops and growsContribute to the development of team goals and performance metricsBusiness Development:Identify new business opportunitiesDevelop new client relationships and expand existing accounts to ensure long-term business success.Requirements:·Minimum of 2 years experience in permanent agency recruitment·Strong knowledge and experience working within the hospitality industry·Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.·Ability to set goals, track performance, and contribute to team development.·Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously·Ability to communicate clearly with clients and candidates of all levels.·Ability to identify business development opportunities and expand client portfolios.Benefits:·Hybrid working model available after training period/probation·Development plan and career progression·Excellent basic salary and uncapped commission structure·Learning and development investment on an ongoing basisSupportive management to help you succeed and advance in your role
