Job Description:
Our Distribution Business Unit is seeking a skilled professional to lead our service operations team. This role will require occasional international travel to ensure alignment with global standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of technicians ensuring effective performance management and high productivity levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key stakeholders to track team performance and implement improvement plans as required.
• Enforce adherence to service processes and procedures through audits and analysis of KPI data.
• Provide technical support to staff, customers, and dealers resolving issues efficiently and enhancing service quality.
• Develop and deliver training on warranty processes to ensure timely job closure and maximize claim recovery.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all HS&E standards and ensuring risk assessments, PPE use, and safe work practices are consistently followed.
