Design Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer to spearhead our product design and development initiatives.
* Drive the conceptualization, development, and testing of innovative medical devices, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Lead product evaluations, maintaining comprehensive documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
* Select and procure raw materials, components, and suppliers to optimize product performance and quality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine prototypes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and project timelines.
* Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and overall organizational performance.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Foster effective communication and collaboration across functional teams, adapting to evolving project needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device design or a similar regulated industry.
* Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
