We are looking for a motivated responsible individual, working between 3-5 shifts per week who can work well on their own initiative and be trusted with the efficient operation of the hotel and the estate.
The role: Working with the Management team and the team members to ensure the smooth running of the operation at night To ensure the Safety, Health and Welfare of all guests and users of the building; To ensure that guests are offered the highest quality standards in service and care, anticipating their needs and being attentive at all times; To maintain all storage areas with regard to temperature, ventilation and cleanliness in line with HACCP systems; To ensure all areas are properly cleaned at beginning and end of service, ready on time and appropriately stocked; To ensure that any issues/complaints are identified and dealt with or reported promptly to the appropriate person; To have pride and commitment in your area of work.
The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional Guest Care with Excellent communication skills; Superb attention for detail and ambition to drive standards in a busy environment; Excellent IT, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
