Overview: We are looking to hire 4x Field Service Engineers to join our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry.
This is a 12-month contract to support the Installation, maintenance and repair at their site, in Leixlip.
Role Responsibilities: Undertakes all maintenance activities (including installation and commissioning) of products in line with global standards, whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction: Provides front-line support for key field service activities at customer sites, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Conducts fault finding and troubleshooting support in order to resolve or escalate issues within the agreed contractual timeframes in order to meet customer expectations.
Provides detailed and accurate feedback on activities and compiles clear and concise reports for submission to the line manager and/or technical support to enable informed decisions to be made to resolve product issues.
Role Requirements: Education level: University or formal qualification in an electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical discipline is desired.
Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in a relevant or related industry, ideally customer-facing.
Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work .
