General Operative Our client, an Irish owned integrated cardboard box factory that produce boxes for the manufacturing, food & drinks, medical and many other industries, is seeking a skilled machine operator to join their team in Ballyjamesduff.
Job Description: You will operate a high-speed board and box-making machinery such as a corrugator, printer, die-cutter and multipoint gluers.
Assist with setting up production runs and finetuning machine settings.
Ensure quality and production flow align with demanding specifications.
Receive cross-training on finishing machinery and related equipment such as pre-feeders, forklifts, palletisers and strappers.
Ideal Candidate: Prior experience working in manufacturing or operating machinery High attention to quality standards, process consistency, and performance results.
Must be comfortable working in a team.
Flexible schedule, may involve some Saturdays depending on production needs.
Prior machine operation experience is essential, preferably in the corrugation industry.
Manual handling certificate.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
Basic level of English.
Must be living locally or within an accessible distance by car.
