Job Title: Commercial Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Candidate with strong fiscal management, analytical, and interpersonal skills to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of commercial projects across different sectors.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in a relevant field, such as surveying, and have at least 2 years of experience working with contractors or construction companies. They should also have good knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and cost control techniques. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in using standard software applications like MS Office and QS tools.
The role involves supporting project teams to achieve commercial objectives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights on risk management initiatives. The successful candidate will also contribute to preparing reports on progress against milestones as well as cash flow forecasts for stakeholders.
