Coordinate and provide support for early talent and leadership development strategies, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives. Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of professional, technical, and compliance training needs through internal and external training providers. Support the communication and promotion of learning and development initiatives, helping to engage employees and managers in Cork and the wider Ireland region. Support the development of training content, collaborating with subject matter experts and external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective learning solutions. Manage and maintain training records, assist with audits, and provide data-driven insights to inform learning strategies and support business reviews. Facilitate learning programs and contribute to the design and delivery of content tailored to the needs of the Cork site and Ireland region. Collaborate with external training providers and stakeholders, exploring innovative development opportunities that align with the regional strategy. Bachelor's Degree (Level 8, 240 credits) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development or related HR support role. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficient in My Learning or similar platforms. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across sites. Experience in working with regional or multi-site learning and development.
