Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a busy 4-star hotel in North County Dublin.
* The role offers the chance to work across a variety of food services, from breakfast to banqueting, in a fast-paced and well-established operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
* Prepare dishes for breakfast, carvery, bar menu, restaurant service, banquets, and events.
* Maintain food preparation and storage to HACCP standards.
* Assist with menu preparation and implementation of seasonal and industry trends.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a hotel or busy food service environment.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation and current industry trends.
* HACCP knowledge and compliance.
* Ability to multi-task and assist across all kitchen sections when required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
