You will be an expert in purchasing and stock control to join a dynamic team. You will be le involved managing all day-to-day purchasing and stock control activities, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procurement standards. You will work closely with suppliers, build strong relationships. You will also contribute to achieving cost and efficiency objectives through strategic sourcing and continuous process improvement. You will have experience in procurement, stock control, supply chain or a related field. Your strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Generate and manage purchase orders, track shipments and resolve any non-conformances through corrective actions. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to prevent stock-outs and ensure inventory availability. Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs to avoid shortages or overstock. Ensure compliance with purchasing and stock control procedures. Support improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records. Support the operations team in executing stock transactions accurately and efficiently. Act as the main point of contact for purchasing and stock control matters across departments. Requirements Have good attention to detail, critical for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring quality standards. Strong organisational skills, to managing stock efficiently and supporting smooth operations. Good problem-solving ability, for resolving supply chain issues and analysing discrepancies. Skilled in inventory systems and advanced Excel functions. Able to collaborate confidently with internal teams and external partners.
