A leading Irish engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing South Dublin office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer looking to take ownership of high-profile site development projects while working within a well-established and highly regarded Irish consultancy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and management of civil engineering projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare and residential developments, while benefiting from strong career progression opportunities and an excellent work-life balance.
Projects
€65M industrial plant project
Role
Leading the civil engineering design and delivery of site development projects
Managing projects from planning and design through to construction stages
Coordinating with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary project teams
Preparing and reviewing technical drawings, reports and specifications
Supporting project planning, design reviews and technical problem-solving
Managing client relationships and attending project meetings
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent
7+ years’ experience within civil engineering consultancy
Strong experience working within Irish planning and development systems
Experience liaising with Uisce Éireann / Irish Water
Proven experience managing client relationships directly
Diverse project experience across commercial, industrial and residential developments
Chartered Engineer status is desirable, although not essential
Must be based in Ireland with full working rights
