Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract - Sligo
Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused sales and marketing administrator to provide maternity cover for a key commercial role. The position is mainly sales administration, acting as a central point for customer contact, distributors, and supporting sales reporting and CRM management.
The role also provides support to marketing campaigns, online content activities, and the coordination of events and trade shows.
Responsibilities:
Sales administration
1. Manage CRM data entry, updates, reporting and maintain accurate customer and distributor records
2. Act as the first point of contact for customer and distributor enquiries via phone and email
3. Handle incoming calls and emails related to sales enquiries, orders, and general sales support
4. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports for management and the sales team
5. Support the sales team with scheduling, diary management, and general administrative tasks
6. Assist with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
7. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience
Marketing & Sales Support
8. Assist with marketing and sales campaigns, supporting execution and follow-up activity
9. Contribute to basic content creation and scheduling when required
10. Support lead management and campaign tracking through the CRM
Events & Trade Shows
11. Organise and coordinate trade show and event attendance, including:
12. Bookings and registrations
13. Logistics and supplier coordination
14. Preparation of materials and collateral
15. Post-event follow-up and lead handover to the sales team
Skills & Experience:
16. Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support or customer-facing admin role
17. Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
18. Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
19. Confident handling customer and distributor communications
20. Strong written and verbal communication skills
21. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
22. Experience supporting marketing activity or events
23. Familiar with email marketing and social media
24. Experience coordinating trade shows or exhibitions
