Electrical Shift Technician Role Overview
The Electrical Shift Technician role involves providing utilities support as part of an operations and maintenance team.
* Key responsibilities include performing plant rounds, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure smooth operation.
* Additionally, the technician will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining various utility systems, including water treatment, waste water neutralization, carbon dioxide recovery, nitrogen generation, compressed air, and refrigeration systems.
Key qualifications:
* A degree in electrical engineering or a related field is desirable.
* At least five years of industrial experience in a similar role are required.
* Holder of an electrical/instrumentation senior trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
