Support technical root cause investigations and implement corrective actionsEnsures processes and procedures follow regulations. Contributes to New Product Introduction (NPI) function to define, execute and deliver on NPI requirementsLeads verification, validation, and implementation of package systems for both design and process developmentDevelops technical documentation including design specs, input requirements, validations and technical reports in accordance with quality system requirementsUtilises project management skills to gain alignment, lead cross functional teams, and drive continuous improvement projects that focus on "best in class" outcomesKey Skills & Experience Level 6 or higher qualification in Engineering or Science related discipline Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExperienced in working with DFA (Design for Automation), Lean Sigma, Analytical packages incl. Minitab advantageousExperience working with manufacturing documentation (MP, IP, BOM, CDP, IQ, OQ, PQ)Strong verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate; word processing, spreadsheets, Solid works, AutoCadKnowledge of materials associated with medical devices such as polymers (nylons, PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, Pebax, PTFE, polycarbonate, films, Tyvek, etc.)A dynamic team player who can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.
