Full HACCP compliance and ensuring safe food handling Maintaining high levels of customer service Continuous improvement of the Deli / Bakery Be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude Have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of food hygiene and HACCP procedures Manage point of sale processes. Active involvement in receiving deliveries.
