Design sits at the center of this mission and its purpose is to deliver a seamless, accessible and enjoyable experience for our users. Our team of more than 35 product designers works across different tracks that are divided into cross‑functional squads. Autonomy, trust, and transparency are the key values of our culture. Designers are expected to actively contribute from defining the problem space to research and testing.
