Our Thermal Customer Engineer is responsible for the undertaking of preventative maintenance, scheduled emergency remedial works and commissioning of Vertiv and third-party equipment. This is a field-based role offering considerable independence, you will be working within a nationwide structure, primarily based in Dublin, although you will need to work away from home inc Abroad when required. The CE is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
* To carry out planned maintenance, Repairs, Service callouts and Commissioning on both Vertiv equipment and 3rd party equipment.
* To be available for participation in the Emergency on-call rota.
* To appropriately and professionally respond to all requests for assistance;
* Communicate with appropriate Technical Support personnel on equipment issues;
* Capable of working independently based upon training with supervision as required during stages of progression.
* To adhere to the company H&S policy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Fetac/QQI or equivalent National Craft certificate in Refrigeration/Air conditioning.
* F-Gas Certification: EPA, Category 1/Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 or QQI Level 5 or Equivalent.
* Computer Literate;
* 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
* Excellent customer service skills, presentable and professional at all times.
