We are seeking a seasoned senior leader to spearhead our national fostering charity’s work in Northern Ireland. The Country Director will provide strategic direction and operational leadership to drive the organization's vision, strategy, and impact across the region.

* You are an experienced senior leader with strong credibility in children’s social care and fostering.
* In-depth knowledge of foster care practice and policy across the UK is essential.
* A proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering strategic plans is required.
