The role supports clients in achieving regulatory compliance, embedding circularity, and advancing environmental performance through strategic planning, technical expertise, and project delivery.Your key responsibilities will include:Prepare and manage EPA licence applications, Waste Facility and Collection Permit applications.Compile and submit Annual Environmental Reports (AERs) and Waste Data Returns.Conduct Environmental Liability Risk Assessments (ELRAs) and develop Decommissioning Management Plans.Design and implement Resource and Waste Management Plans (RWMPs), Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), and Operational Waste Management Plans (OWMPs).Develop and deliver zero waste strategies aligned with ISO standards and client sustainability goals.Embed circularity into construction and operational phases of projects.Conduct site audits and permit/licence compliance reviews.Lead environmental due diligence for acquisitions and legacy waste sites.Project manage multidisciplinary teams and site-based projects.Coordinate feasibility studies, waste classification and characterisation, and planning compliance reporting.Provide technical leadership on strategic housing, energy, and infrastructure developments.Please note: This role requires travel to client sites across Ireland.
