Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to lead our portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of our offerings while managing commercial and contractual negotiations. You will forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, creating satisfied and referenceable customers.

This position will collaborate with technical colleagues, presenting comprehensive proposals for projects that leverage our technical strengths.

* Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
* Key Account Planning: Align account plans with client initiatives, projecting revenues and detailing strategies to meet client needs.
* Execution: Own account plan execution, meeting targets for total contract value and contribution margin.
* Negotiation and Close: Expertly manage sales cycles, including contract and commercial negotiations.
* Forecasting: Maintain opportunities within our CRM application, ensuring data hygiene.
* Sales Opportunities: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.

Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 15+ years selling experience to enterprise clients as a senior client manager.
