The successful Solicitor will be responsible for advising on residential and commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, reviewing title documents,easements, leases, and development agreements. They will also draft contracts, provide legal support on property-related matters, liaise with clients and experts,to ensure smooth project delivery. Managing files independently is an essential requirement.
