About the Role:
Lead client engagement work in various industries, areas, and specialisms.
Nurture strong client relationships building trust and growing opportunities.
Identify potential business development opportunities in Data Governance, Data Management, Analytics & AI etc.
Scope, lead, and set the direction of innovative solutions using latest open source and proprietary technologies, alliance network, and best-in-class methods and tools.
Work effectively and lead diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
Exploit industry best practices, Deloitte global network, and your experience to create business solutions for our clients.
Coach and mentor junior team members, aligning role responsibilities to their own learning objectives and needs.
About You:
* A minimum of a third-level degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
* Extensive consulting or industry-based experience.
* Experience leading and motivating teams ensuring best outcomes along with ability to work effectively within an inclusive team to achieve common goals.
* Experience leading and delivering data-related projects.
* Influencing senior stakeholders, providing quality advice based on leading industry practices.
* Familiar with best practice project management methods, tools, and techniques.
* Commercial experience in an information/data management role.
* Good knowledge of or exposure to machine learning, data mining, data visualisation, and artificial intelligence techniques.
