We are looking for HVAC technicians to join our team in Dublin
Working pattern:
Monday to Friday from 8AM-4:30PM
Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under Apleona Ireland Group control.
* Service mechanical, electrical, and non-technical equipment.
* Liaise with the service desk and respond to all technical and non-technical queries promptly to ensure compliance with the relevant Service Level Agreement.
* Assist subcontractors as required.
* Be a self-performing technician and strive for continuous self-improvement.
* Complete any training deemed necessary by the M&E Manager.
* Ensure service work reports are signed off by the client or their representative; submit reports when necessary.
* Assist with quotations and purchasing queries when requested.
* Maintain and maximize the use of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) system.
* Maintain an internal 'Best Practice' regime and promote continuous improvements.
* Assist the M&E Manager with churn and projects as needed.
* Provide relevant information to support report generation.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and legislative requirements related to Technical Services at all times.
* Report any accidents, incidents, or anomalies to the client or M&E Manager.
* Provide cover for out-of-hours situations on a rotational basis.

Qualifications And Experience
* Refrigeration Craft qualification (F-GAS C&G 2009 CAT 1).
* Formal training/certification in servicing split A/C units and air handling plants.
* Full driving license.
* Safe pass certification.
* Experience maintaining and servicing large chiller installations and large air handling plants.
* Solid knowledge of AHU, ventilation ancillaries, and relevant controls.
* GID gas qualifications.
* An RGI qualification and a proven track record in servicing and maintaining oil and gas boilers from domestic to commercial settings would be advantageous.
* Post-apprenticeship experience in building services maintenance.
* Knowledge of wet systems, LPHW, and CHW systems, with a strong background in plumbing and fitting.
