* Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high standards of service.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet client requirements.
* Oversee staffing schedules, rosters, and performance management within the department.
A strong Senior Manager is required for this role. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Key Qualifications:
* Senior Management Experience in Banqueting within 4-star or 5-star hotels.
