Senior Administrative Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to Partners and Associates.
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare court documents, Business Development packs, and billing.
* Maintain filing systems, CRM, and administrative processes.
The ideal candidate has experience in Litigation, advanced MS Office skills, and familiarity with document management and billing systems. They will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless workflow, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Team: Provide administrative assistance to Partners and Associates, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Court Documents: Prepare and finalize court documents, Business Development packs, and billing.
* Filing Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, CRM, and administrative processes.
Requirements:
* Litigation Experience: Previous experience in Litigation is essential for this role.
* MS Office Skills: Advanced MS Office skills are required, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Document Management: Familiarity with document management systems and billing software is necessary.
