Project Manager

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of multiple construction contracts from initiation through close-out. You will coordinate Construction Managers and site teams, manage risk and client relationships, and support pre-award estimating by helping translate client requirements into practical execution plans and schedules.
Key responsibilities
Develop execution strategies, including vendor and subcontractor scopes/selection.
Build and lead effective site supervision teams across multiple projects.
Partner with EHS to set site safety standards and manage incident/near-miss reporting.
Manage client stakeholders and communication, including progress reporting and meetings.
Plan and control delivery (schedule, critical path, resourcing) to prevent slippage.
Identify and manage contract risk, opportunities, and change.
Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR) to support execution.
Monitor cost and schedule performance and maintain accurate forecasting.
Ensure work meets quality standards and client/industry requirements.
Drive timely completion, final acceptance, and handover.
Key requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience.
Project Management qualification (certificate/diploma).
Strong Microsoft Office skills; MS Project/Primavera/Visio an advantage.
Safety qualification (e.g., MSIC) or equivalent.
10+ years’ relevant experience managing construction delivery
Industry experience in pharma (construction phase).
