A growing Irish-owned company with a turnover of €20+ million is looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller based in West Dublin. In this varied senior leadership role, you will manage a small team and be a key member of the senior leadership team.Due to the nature of the industry, a background in retail, B2B or FMCG is essential to be considered for this role.Overall package available is circa Excellent package is circa €100,000 level DOE and strong package will be included in terms of pension, health insurance, bonus, car insurance etc.Key responsibilities of the Financial ControllerPreparing financial reports and reconciliationsPreparation of cash flowsIncome and expenditure analysis and reportingPreparing year-end audit files and liaising with auditorsBudgeting and Expenditure controlManaging bank accounts and processing of invoicesInsurance renewals and Vehicle LeasingProcessing information on IT systemsMonthly and weekly payrollsPreparation of non-audit filesManage the finance team, including accounts payable/accounts receivable and accounts administrator.Assisting in a variety of projects to improve and develop the financial reporting processAttend monthly board meetings and participate in strategy meetings and key decision-making.Key requirements of the Financial ControllerQualified Accountant (ACA /ACCA /CIMA/CPA)Minimum three years PQE is essential within a similar industryExcellent interpersonal skills and good ability to multitaskStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenHave had experience at a high level dealing directly with the Revenue and BanksHighly motivated with an ability to take ownership and with strong attention to detailGood analytical and problem-solving abilityStrong IT skills with proven application of MS Excel and Word.Desired Skills and ExperienceFinancial Controller, Finance Director, Retail, B2B, WholesaleRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
