We are currently recruiting a full-time, experienced legal secretary to join our busy general practice in Mullingar.
Job duties include:
· Digital dictation/ audio typing
· Providing secretarial support and assistance to solicitors
· Maintaining client files including photocopying, scanning, and filing (to include both paper and electronic files)
The successful candidate will have the following:
· Previous Legal / Secretarial experience which is ESSENTIAL
· Excellent digital skills.
· Excellent typing speeds.
· Attention to detail / accuracy vital.
· Have an excellent phone manner.
