A keen interest in event management is a plusYour day-to-day responsibilitiesAs an Account Manager you'll be all about the detail: you'll always be well prepared and has planned for the eventualities. We're talking to our clients every day so it's important that you'll be enthusiastic and enjoy forging strong working relationships with clients.What else is important in the role?Client Liaison & Management: you'll have a firm understanding of the brand(s) you work on, and will be expected to establish a strong understanding of our clients brand(s), guidelines and how they should be treatedWorking with the creative team on a daily basis; developing briefs and briefing the creative team, reviewing work and presenting to clientsProven Supplier Management experience; briefing and managing a portfolio of suppliers, e.g. media, production, print, videography & photography.Ability to work effectively across a large number of client projects, managing & guiding Account Executives and Interns within the teamDaily liaison with your clients ensuring requests & briefs are dealt with in a timely and efficient mannerReporting: preparing and issuing relevant paperwork required to monitor the progress of work; such as status reports, contact reports and project plansBudget Management: Manage and report on project budgets, maintaining client alignment throughout deliveryA good understanding of the creative process and the ability to brief the creative team in the agencyCrafting proposals and confidently presenting both internally and to clientsProducing evaluation reports for each major piece of work, presenting to the client on completion of each activityForging excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, always keeping your manager updated and briefed on progressShould HaveA third level qualification in marketing, advertising or event managementA minimum of 2 year's Integrated agency experienceFull clean drivers licence and own carReports toAccount DirectorBenefitsStrong Competitive Salary and ongoing review process21 Days holidays and additional Christmas leave entitlementPension provisions (after determined service period)Access to industry events and mentorship
