Cpl has a requirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade IV) with their HSE Client located in Wilton, Cork. This role will provide support to a training team.
1. 3 month temporary contract
2. 35 hours/week
3. Site based role (no remote working)
What you will be doing:
* Ensure that deadlines are met and service levels maintained
* Support with preparation and issuing of office documentation (correspondence, reports, etc.)
* Database management
* Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available
* Maintain confidentiality of documentation, records, etc.
* Maximise the use of technology in ensuring work is completed to a high standard
* Ensure line management is kept informed of issues
* Organise and attend meetings as required
* Take minutes at meetings and prepare for timely circulation following meetings
What you will need:
* At least 1 year of professional administration experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus but not essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable communicating with Senior Management
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
* High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Highly confidential and aware of GDPR & Data Protection
