Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the financial operations function within the company.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing financial accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. They will also have expertise in preparing and publishing accurate management accounts, statutory reporting, and liaising with external auditors. In addition, they will oversee working capital and cash management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a qualified accounting background, at least 5 years PQE, and relevant work experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage direct reports effectively.

Qualifications:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* At least 5 years PQE.
