This is a great opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our established practice in Cork City.
This is a 32 hour per week position - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Tasks and responsibilities
Providing excellence in customer service
o Greeting and registering patients on a day to day basis at the reception desk
o Providing information and reassurance to patients about their treatment
o Handling, recording and resolving patient complaints in line with company guidelines
o Phone and email management throughout the day
· Daily cashing up exercise for the practice
· Appointment book management to ensure maximisation of working hours
· Providing support to clinicians by sending prescriptions, referral letters, x-rays etc
· Performing any local administration tasks such as filing/scanning/lodgements/postage
· Payor claim administration for GMS/PRSI/VHI/DeCare
o Eligibility checking
o Claims and ensuring accuracy of claim forms
o Tracking of claims
o Payment reconciliation
· Running daily, weekly and monthly reports from Exact
· Completion of various spreadsheets for accounts purposes (i.e. cash sheet, trackers etc)
· Key holder duties
· Assisting the practice manager to achieve agreed company KPIs
