Room Operations Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Rooms Division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent departmental performance.
* Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for the Rooms Division, focusing on precision, consistency and guest satisfaction.
* Lead, mentor and develop Front Office, Accommodation and Maintenance teams, emphasizing accountability and quality standards.
* Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, respond to feedback and drive continuous improvement aligned with luxury hotel standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellence in a luxury hotel environment, with at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Rooms Division or Hotel Management. They should also possess a strong understanding of five-star operations and luxury guest expectations.
